Third Party Verifications:

VHP is one of the leaders in Third Party Verifications.  Our Raters are experienced in ENERGY STAR, NAHB's Model Green Home Building Guidelines, ICC 700-2008 the National Green Building Standard, USGBC's LEED for Homes (LEED-H), and the DoE's Builders Challenge.  If you want to build Green; we can help.  Send us with your project's specs, and we will send you a customized proposal for the rating system you choose.

We are proud to provide rating services to qualify new homes for the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Even in states with more rigorous energy codes, the U.S. EPA ensures that ENERGY STAR remains the symbol for truly energy-efficient performance. These homes are good for businesses, consumers, and the environment.

USGBC LEED Documentation and Commissioning

The time of high-cost LEED has come to an end.  VHPN is assisting building professionals with affordable LEED consulting services at a flat rate.  These consulting services contain near everything necessary for projects to achieve at least LEED Silver Certification on time and within budget.

This service provides building professionals access to the resources necessary for planning for, and subsequently documenting, compliance with the LEED Certification standards.  We provide support for the following LEED credits, regardless of your prior experience, and regardless of your project size(s).

We facilitate the achievement of 3 Prerequisites and up to 38 Credits (LEED Silver rating).  The only credits that this package does not include are those that fall within the scope of civil engineering or mechanical engineering works.  The mechanical engineering firm and civil engineering firms working on your project will be responsible for certain credits in the SS, EA, and IAQ categories.
