What is included in our ENERGY STAR Builders Partnership?

ES Design Review - This process gives you the opportunity to sit down with your HERS Rater to analysis your building plans to see how they relate to the goals you have. 

Tradesworker Training - This is a toolbox style training session with all the key sub contractors normally performed by the HERS Rater to assure everyone is on the same page as it pertains to the ENERGY STAR Certification Requirements.

Thermal Bypass Inspection - This is the pre-drywall inspection required for ENERGY STAR Certification.

Final Inspection - This is the preoccupancy inspection required by ENERGY STAR.  Includes Blower Door and Duct Tightness Testing as required by the program.

Realtor Training - This session assures your sales staff have all the necessary information about what makes your home different from your competition.  It allows your staff to plant ideas into the potential clients mind so they can accurately compare your product.
